    This only includes house terryn and raven, and four free blades (amaranthe, gerantaus, the obsidian knight, and the white warden). I was looking for house Cadmus and was disappointed .

    Very limited on what it offered, very disappointing. Only two houses and two Freeblade's. 98% of what is presented in this guide was already in White Dwarf and with the exact same pictures. White Dwarf presented loads more details and tips that were omitted from this publication. I have bought several of these painting guides and this one falls short.

    I'm a fanboy through and through. After reading over the codex and backstory, I picked the House I was planning on painting. The house was listed in the description of the book but no where is there even a mention of the book. It's a decent painting guide but sadly was a waste of my money.

    By far the best guide of the ones I have purchased. Normally these guides feel very much like they are for the beginner and only for table top quality (not that there is anything wrong with that). There are some advanced techniques including multiple washes and medium use. Also the technique for the mottled armor of the White Warden. Just wish there were more guides for some of the other houses. Overall I'm not disappointed with my purchase.
